General terms and conditions
1. Scope of application

These general terms and conditions apply to all contracts that are concluded between shops-im-web Gerhard Goss and consumers via our online shop. A consumer is every natural person who enters a legal transaction for a purpose other than a commercial activity or self-employed work.

2. Contracting party, customer service

The sales contract is entered with shops-im-web Gerhard Goss. Further information about us can be found under Legal Notice. You can contact our customer service for queries, faults and complaints by phone on +41 (0) 56 - 631 76 13

3. Code of conduct

4. Conclusion of contract

The products presented in the online shop do not represent a legally binding offer, but instead a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button "Commit to buy" you confirm a binding order of the goods contained in the shopping basket. Confirmation of the receipt of the order occurs together with the acceptance of the order via an automated email immediately after sending. The contract is concluded with this email.

5. Shipping fees

Shipping fees are added to the displayed product prices. More information on the cost of shipping can be found at offers and under delivery and shipping information. 

6. Payment

Payment is to be made via invoice, PayPal or credit card.

Invoice
You will receive an invoice with your order which you are requested to pay within 14 days net. This offer does not apply to all countries. We reserve the right to reject orders via invoice.

PayPal
When paying via your PayPal account, we will dispatch the goods immediately after receiving the payment confirmation by PayPal.

Credit card
When paying with your credit card, we will dispatch the goods immediately after receiving the payment confirmation.

7. Collection by the customer

We only dispatch via shipping. Unfortunately collection by the customer is not possible.

8. Netting

Netting rights only exists if your counterclaims have been legally determined by a court, are undisputed or have been recognized by us in writing.

9. Right of retention

You can only exercise a right of retention, as long as the claims result from the same contractual relation.

10. Reservation of title

The goods remain our property until complete payment has been received.

12. Contract data storage

We store the contract text and send you the order data and our general terms and conditions by email. The general terms and conditions can also be viewed and download here at any time. Your previous orders can be viewed via our Customer-Login.

13. Contract language

The language applicable to a conclusion of contract is German.
